What is the pace of the tour?
The pace is greatly influenced by the city, its sidewalks, weather and terrain. Some buildings we go into are older and require some maneuvering to get through their AADA access routes. One should note that the pace of our tours cannot be slowed as we are bound to time constraints. If you or a member of your group has a disability, please speak with our staff before you decide to take the tour.
Are your tours accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, with advanced notice (two business days) all our tours can accommodate people with disabilities. Keep in mind Charleston was built on uneven terrain and the public streets, sidewalks, and cemeteries can be uneven.
