Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day
“Don the Green” and join the celebration in downtown Charleston on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17. Festivities begin at 8 am with Mass at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church on St. Philip Street followed by the parade via Radcliffe, King, Broad and Legare Streets ending at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist at 10 am. The Irish flag raising will follow at City Hall at 11:30 am. Lunchtime festivities continue at noon in Marion Square with delicious Irish food and live entertainment.
